Mr YuanXu has spent his entire working life in business development and consulting. As the general manager of China ShaanXi Foreign enterprise Service Company from 1986 to 1994, Mr. YUAN made lots of accomplishments for the foreign investments in China ShaanXi from many foreign corporations and for the setting up of the joint ventures and sole proprietorship enterprises.As the secretary-general of China ShaanXi International Culture Exchange Center from 1994 to 2001, Mr. YUAN extensively made connection with foreign countries, and developed various ways of communication and cooperation.

As the chairman of the board in ShaanXi International Service Co., Ltd and regional manager of ShaanXi till now, Mr. YUAN successively contacted with Canada, Australia, New Zealand, England, U.S., Germany, Singapore and other enterprises and social organizations, and persons from many foreign countries.
