Jennifer Dempsey has been extensively involved in the non-profit field for over 20 years, both at the Atlantic Canadian and national level. Her dedication and commitment to non-profit organizations makes her strive to find the right person for the right job.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Acadia University as well as the hands-on experience of owning and operating several convenience store and retail gasoline operations. As a past employer, Jennifer has vast first-hand knowledge of the importance of finding the 'right fit' when it comes to meeting the needs of both clients and candidates.
Jennifer is vice-president of the Canadian Alliance of Brain Tumour Organizations, long-time chairperson of the Maritime Chapter of the Brain Tumour Research and Information Assistance Network and volunteer coordinator for the Children's Wish Foundation. Her extensive knowledge of the non-profit sector and long-term relationships with key players throughout Atlantic Canada gives her the edge when it comes to helping her clients fill important job openings as quickly and professionally as possible.
Her extensive experience as a community volunteer and sincere appreciation for the industry are important attributes when it comes to understanding of the challenges facing this often difficult yet rewarding industry.
