I just wanted to drop you a note and mention
that the Quest database does work well. Without
it, I don't think anyone could manage the volume
and "follow up" volume with any type of consistency.
I have found it a tremendous "time management
saver". I was able to push through a large number
of follow up calls today and I set future follow-ups
for all of them. It doesn't take long to enter
in the information and based upon setting up
a follow up call you should always have all of
the contacts you have made "in the pipeline"
at a future date. Frankly, now that I have it
figured out it gives me a little "peace of mind"
that I am not letting anything slip through the
cracks!!!
If anyone is complaining they haven't really
figured out the concept of what this database
can do for them yet...!!!!
P.S. - I set up a face to face visit today based
upon a follow up call reminder that I had placed
in Quest. I vaguely remember speaking with the
person last week, but Quest reminded me to call
her today (glad I did).
