Sharing her knowledge and expertise in the recruitment industry, Jasmine will be facilitating the expansion of the EVP Group into South Africa as well as assisting in project managing the process for the New Zealand franchise opportunities. 

Jasmine Pillay is a seasoned professional within the recruitment industry with senior management experience across a broad section of industry and occupational sectors. Having the know-how in setting up and managing a Recruitment and HR Consulting practice in South Africa which services the national and international markets, Jasmine’s role is key in identifying potential franchisees as well as in assisting the new business owner in developing a successful enterprise.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Jasmine headed up a regional recruitment practice, PricewaterhouseCoopers Appointments, an established and expanding division within the PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated multi-disciplinary organisation and is represented in all the major employment centres in South Africa. The portfolio encompassed a wide range of specialisations including executive, senior and general management, finance and accounting and international trade, banking, corporate and project finance, management consulting, information technology, marketing and human resources.

In addition, Jasmine’s management experience extends to her running a branch of Kelly, a leading South African people specialist organization within South Africa that provides flexible people solutions across a broad range of industry sectors from office support, call centres, banking, financial and insurance, sales and marketing, technical, corporate, telecommunications and parastatals – from entry level to management.

Jasmine’s role will be to identify suitable individuals to establish and run sustainable Master Franchisees for each employment centre in South Africa.
